Delivery and Shipping:
All ordered product(s) will be shipped within 3-5 business days after your payment has been confirmed by our bank. Misty Haven Alpacas currently uses express post shipment only (Canada Post). For alternative shipping methods, please contact our sales department.
- If your item(s) is not available from our warehouse, your order will fall into a back order status. If in such an event, we will notify you right away. You will be given an option to either wait until the product is available or have a full refund.
- In the occurrence that an incorrect address has been provided to Misty Haven Alpacas, we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.
- Misty Haven Alpacas will not be subjected to any liabilities on the shipments of the products. Once the ordered product(s) has been transferred to the courier service/Post Office, Misty Haven Alpacas will not be held accountable for any losses or damages.
- Your packages may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Charges for customs clearance and import duties must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Misty Haven Alpacas ships from Canada.
Any item may be returned to us within 14 days of delivery confirmation for an exchange or refund (less shipping/handling/insurance costs). Please follow these simple steps:.
- Request your RMA Number. Please request a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) from our website prior to returning your merchandise. Please use the following link to access our online RMA system: http://shopping.mistyhavenalpacas.com .
- We cannot accept any returned merchandise without an RMA number. Please write the RMA number or the original invoice and on the return shipping label.
- Carefully Pack the Merchandise. Refunds will only be issued for items returned in new condition, with tags attached, unworn and unused, with all original packaging, boxes and paperwork, including authenticity certificate.
- Ship it to us.
- Returns must be received by us no later than 14 days from the date of delivery confirmation.
- Please ship returns to us via an insured and trackable carrier such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. Also, please keep your return shipping receipt and tracking number for your reference during the return process.
Receive your refund or exchange. - Refunds and exchanges are normally processed within 7 days from the day the merchandise is received and inspected by our returns processor.
Return Policy Details:
- Refunds will only be issued for items returned in "new and unused" condition, with tags attached, unworn and unaltered, with all original packaging, boxes and paperwork (including authenticity certificate).
- We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
- Sales tax and buyer’s premium (if applicable) are 100% refundable.
- Shipping, handling and insurance charges will not be reimbursed.
- Refunds are normally processed 7-10 days from the day the merchandise is received and inspected by our returns processor.
- We reserve the right to decline a refund to any customer who does not adhere to our feedback policy or fails to abide by our terms and conditions.
- Before you return your items please contact us for RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization Number) Any item sent without the RMA number will not be accepted by Misty Haven Alpacas.
